Job Summary

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. 
• The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product value to potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal sales tracking systems.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Represent MoreRoom professionally at client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, technology, retail, or service industries.

• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
