Marketing and Growth Executive

About the Role
Brand & Communications:

• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels — website, social media, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Create marketing content including case studies, brochures, product datasheets, blog articles, newsletters, and presentations, working with technical teams to translate engineering capabilities into clear customer value.
• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, the company website, and other relevant platforms.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google, content marketing) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Manage the company website — content updates, SEO, performance tracking, and lead capture.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and the contact database / CRM.
• Track campaign performance and report on lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms; manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research; optimise website content, structure, metadata, and images for search visibility; manage technical SEO and build quality backlinks.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tags.

Content, Design & Multimedia:

• Produce technical and commercial written content: case studies, application notes, blog articles, product one- pagers, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Design company profiles, capability statements, brochures, flyers, line cards, product catalogues, pitch decks, and proposals to a professional standard.
• Create graphics and visual assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, and the website; maintain and apply Fronthill’s brand identity across all materials.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content including product demonstrations, project showcases, client testimonials, and event coverage; produce short-form and long-form content for all channels.
• Develop and manage the content calendar and publishing schedule across all channels.
• Design and run targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including audience segmentation and automation.

Events, Exhibitions & Partnerships:

• Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and client events.
• Organise webinars, technical seminars, and customer engagement events in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, OEM partners, and industry associations to support co-branded marketing activities.
