Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and vibrant Waitresses to join our team at Fuudies.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly as they arrive at the eatery.
• Present menus, answer questions about food/drink items, and make excellent recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards.
• Ensure tables and service areas are kept clean, organized, and perfectly sanitized.
• Handle customer billings and process payments professionally.
• Address customer complaints swiftly using standard etiquette and escalate to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant/eatery environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Confident, persuasive, warm, and highly customer-focused.
• Excellent personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work excellently under pressure during peak hours.
• Willingness to relocate to the provided staff accommodation.
