Media Personnel (Videographer / Cinematographer / Photographer)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result driven individual that will be responsible for producing high-quality, marketable visual content that showcases our property listings in their best light.
  • The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a keen eye for composition and lighting, technical proficiency in both photo and video equipment, and a deep understanding of how to create content that appeals to potential buyers and drives engagement.
  • This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical expertise, and exceptional client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities
Real Estate Photography:

  • Capture high-resolution, professional-grade interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties.
  • Expertly utilize HDR (High Dynamic Range) and flash/ambient blending techniques to achieve perfectly exposed images in various lighting conditions.
  • Stage and style rooms effectively, making subtle adjustments to enhance the property's appeal (e.g., fluffing pillows, adjusting blinds, removing minor clutter).
  • Utilize wide-angle lenses appropriately to capture the full scope of a space without causing distortion.
  • Conduct twilight/blue hour shoots to create dramatic exterior shots.
  • Photo Editing: Efficiently edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, ensuring color accuracy, perspective correction, and a consistent, polished style across all images.

Real Estate Videography:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit compelling property tour videos, including standard tours, cinematic-style films, and hyperlapse/slider shots.
  • Produce engaging video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), including behind-the-scenes clips, agent interviews, and neighborhood highlights.
  • Operate gimbals and other stabilization equipment to ensure smooth, professional camera movement.
  • Capture high-quality audio for voice-overs or agent voice-on-camera presentations.
  • Video Editing:Expertly edit video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Tasks include color grading, audio mixing, adding music, graphics, and basic motion effects to create a cohesive and engaging narrative.
  • Drone Footage Processing:Edit and color-grade aerial footage to seamlessly integrate with ground-level video and photos.

Client Service & Professionalism:

  • Coordinate directly with real estate agents to schedule shoots, understand the property's unique selling points, and fulfill specific media requests.
  • Maintain a professional, punctual, and respectful demeanor on-site with agents, homeowners, and tenants.
  • Represent the Company brand with the highest level of integrity and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, with astrong portfolio demonstrating specific experience in real estate.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Mastery of DSLR or mirrorless cameras and the exposure triangle (aperture, shutter speed, ISO).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software.
  • Experience with gimbals, sliders, and other stabilization gear.
