Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement the school’s digital marketing strategy.
• Manage social media campaigns and the school’s online presence.
• Plan and execute email marketing, SEO, paid advertising and digital content campaigns.
• Promote admissions, school programmes, events and achievements across appropriate digital channels.
• Generate qualified prospective parent/student enquiries and maintain an organised lead database.
• Track campaigns from initial enquiry through admission/enrolment.
• Monitor website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and platform analytics.
• Produce regular reports showing campaign performance, enquiries generated and conversion results.
• Work with Admissions and school leadership to develop initiatives that support enrolment growth.

Data Analysis

• Collect, clean and maintain accurate data relating to enquiries, admissions, enrolment and other agreed school performance indicators.
• Track the number and sources of enquiries and their conversion to enrolment.
• Analyze student location data to identify geographical patterns useful for marketing and operational decisions.
• Analyze historical staffing information, including employee turnover where required.
• Develop dashboards and management reports using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Identify trends, patterns and areas requiring management attention.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for management rather than simply producing reports.
• Establish consistent definitions and reporting processes so that management can compare performance over time.

Performance could be measured through:

• Number and quality of enquiries generated
• Enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rate
• Cost per enquiry and cost per enrolment
• Website traffic and conversion
• Performance of paid and organic digital campaigns
• Accuracy and timeliness of management reports
• Availability of up-to-date admissions/enrolment dashboards
• Demonstrated use of data insights in school growth initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/HND in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI or similar business-intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent written communication and content-development skills.
• Ability to convert data into practical business recommendations.

Understanding of confidentiality and responsible handling of student, parent and employee information.
