Administrative Assistant (HR Department)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation bookings for staff
  • Maintain organized records and HR documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
