Job Summary
- We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodation bookings for staff
- Maintain organized records and HR documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
