About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Associate to support the growth of our business through strategic partnerships, funding opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
• You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing high-quality proposals and grant applications, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that strengthen our impact across Nigeria's agricultural value chains.
• Working closely with internal teams, government agencies, development partners, private-sector organizations, and other stakeholders, you will help drive business growth, secure strategic collaborations, and contribute to the successful implementation of projects that support agricultural development and smallholder farmers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, agribusiness, project management, partnerships, grant writing, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing grant proposals, concept notes, business proposals, or partnership documents is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Nigeria's agricultural sector, value chains, and the development landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent report writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, private-sector organizations, and other stakeholders.•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team.•High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Nigeria.
• Passion for agricultural development and supporting smallholder farmers.
