Requirements / Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a high-performing sales professionals from Microfinance, Deposit Money Bank, Insurance, FMCG, and Real Estate sectors.
- Practical knowledge of micro / small / medium businesses.
- Knowledge of microfinance bank sector is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the major local languages.
