Production Workshop Operator (Inspection & Folding)

We are seeking Production Workshop Operators (Inspection & Folding) to join the production team of a manufacturing company specializing in treated insecticide net production.

The successful candidates will inspect finished treated insecticide nets for visible defects and production quality, then accurately fold them according to established production and packaging requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished treated insecticide nets for visible defects, damage, stains, holes, loose or improper seams, and other quality issues.
  
• Check nets for correct shape, size, stitching, and overall finishing in accordance with production specifications.
  
• Identify and separate products that do not meet the required quality standards.
  
• Accurately fold inspected nets according to the specified folding method and product requirements.
  
• Ensure nets are properly arranged and ready for the subsequent packaging process.
  
• Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy when inspecting and folding products.
  
• Handle finished nets carefully to prevent tearing, staining, contamination, or other damage.
  
• Report recurring quality issues or production defects to the appropriate supervisor.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
  
• Meet assigned daily production targets without compromising inspection accuracy.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in production, product inspection, quality control, textile, garment, or similar manufacturing work is an advantage.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and follow inspection and folding procedures.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visible defects.
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy while working under production targets.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and follow established production procedures.
