- We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of Renmoney's lending products among salary earners, self-employed professionals, and SMEs. You will spearhead intensive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management while delivering exceptional service to convert prospects into loyal customers across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through smart research, referrals, and networking
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our products
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Consistently hit and surpass your monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Offer top-notch customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and providing personalized support
- Collaborate across teams to continuously enhance our product offerings and customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep your sales strategy fresh and effective
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven success in sales within the financial services industry
- A track record of smashing sales targets and driving results
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that help you connect and build trust
- The ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions
- A self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- A team player who can also shine when working independently
