Teacher

Location: Dovana Garden School, 57, Ganiyu Abiru Street, Progressiv Estate Mowo Kekere, Ijede Road, Ikorodu, Lagos

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and versatile teacher to join our new school. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching pre-school, nursery, or primary classes while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Teachers: Pre-School, Nursery & Primary School Teacher (Multitasker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess pupils' progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Manage the classroom effectively and promote positive behaviour.
• Support school activities, events, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of NCE (B.Ed. or equivalent is an added advantage).
• Previous teaching experience in pre-school, nursery, or primary education is preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to different responsibilities.
• Passion for children's learning and development.
• Must reside in or around Ijede Road, Ikorodu, Lagos, or be willing to commute.
