Area Sales Manager (Seasoning Portfolio)

The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Own your state market — drive sales growth and expand distribution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (cartons sold, revenue generated).
- Strengthen relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and capture new opportunities to grow brand presence.
- Monitor stock flow and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Represent the company professionally in your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years proven FMCG sales experience with strong results in your state.
- Established relationships with distributors, retailers, and food outlets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
- Tech-friendly: able to use smartphone tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven.
