Job Overview
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to drive our recruitment efforts for our outsourcing business unit.
- At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, you will be on the front lines, ensuring our clients are supported with top-tier talent while maintaining operational excellence in staff attendance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment journey for assigned client mandate – from initial job briefing and candidate mapping to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize headhunting techniques, Boolean search strings and LinkedIn recruiter to uncover top-tier passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct structured pre-screening and behavioral interview sessions to evaluate candidate fit against technical, cultural, and client-specific requirements.
- Track, analyze, and optimize key hiring metrics including Time-to-Fill (TTF), Cost-per-Hire, Shortlist-to-Offer ratios, and Placement Success rates.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related Social Science discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment within an HR consultancy, agency, or high-volume corporate talent acquisition setup.
- Proven mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, ATS management, and modern sourcing tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to evaluate hiring funnels, track candidate conversions, and generate client-ready pipeline reports.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
