Job Description

• We are looking for highly organized and proactive Project Coordinators to support the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure projects.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate resource deployment, logistics, project documentation, ERP records, and routine client communications to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operations environment and wants to build a career in project management, operations, or telecom delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and site readiness activities for field personnel before deployment
• Maintain accurate records of available, active, and deployed project resources
• Liaise with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate movement of tools, equipment, and materials to project sites
• Track material deliveries, site access requirements, and project permits
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation within the company's ERP system
• Prepare periodic reports on resource deployment, logistics status, and project progress
• Escalate project risks, delays, and resource constraints to the Project Manager promptly
• Provide routine project status updates to client operational contacts while escalating critical issues appropriately
• Coordinate with HR on personnel documentation, compliance, and deployment requirements
• Support project close-out documentation and lessons learned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 0 2 years' experience in project coordination, project administration, operations support, or a similar role
• NYSC experience in project operations, engineering support, logistics, or administration is considered relevant experience
• Project Managementcertification is an added advantage but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word); ERP system experience is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment
• Recent graduates and NYSC members with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
