- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timelyt repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Intall, test, and commission new equipment.
- Ensure machine operates with minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on maintenace experience in a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, of FMCG
- Experience with preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience working with production machinery and utility equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: electric motors, control panels, star-delta starters, variable frequency drivers (VFDs), sensors and relays.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems including: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearing, conveyors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills will be an added advantage.
