Branding and Marketing Team Lead

This role will ensure brand positioning, marketing campaigns, content strategy, social media presence, and overall market visibility. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with marketing expertise to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and manage the marketing and branding team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all communication channels. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business development and growth initiatives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Manage content creation, promotional materials, and marketing assets. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors when necessary. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Ensure all marketing activities align with company values and business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or digital marketing roles. Previous experience leading or managing a marketing team is preferred. Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and content strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software. Experience with project management and team collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
