Legal & Compliance Fellow

VFAxAPP is seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to establish the legal infrastructure required for enterprise sales, international expansion, and investor fundraising. You will standardize and operationalize core legal foundations, working directly with the founder and external legal counsel to ensure VFAxAPP scales safely across multiple markets. This is a builder role focused on creating a repeatable legal machine that accelerates deal velocity, reduces risk, and makes diligence frictionless.

You'll be instrumental in building a robust legal framework that directly impacts VFAxAPP's ability to close deals, expand internationally, and secure funding. You'll be involved in everything from drafting contracts and ensuring data privacy to supporting corporate governance and IP protection. This is a hands-on role where you'll see the immediate impact of your work on the company's success.

What you'll do

• Build a standard contract suite (templates, workflow, execution).
• Ensure data privacy & compliance readiness (research, document, maintain).
• Coordinate corporate governance + IP protection.
• Maintain an investor-grade data room (organize, update, audit).
• Provide cross-functional legal operations support.
• Conduct legal research & strategic analysis.
