Invoicing Officer

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Officer to prepare accurate invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure timely processing of customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
  • Verify orders before invoicing.
  • Maintain proper billing and invoicing records.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily invoicing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in invoicing, accounting, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Good numerical and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
