Accounting & Finance Analyst
Yala Technologies Limited
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, treasury monitoring, reconciliations, and business decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor company cash flow and liquidity positions.
- Conduct transaction reconciliations across banking and payment partners.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and operational performance.
- Support treasury and settlement operations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Track payment processing trends and identify anomalies.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Build dashboards and financial insights for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in finance, fintech, banking, or accounting.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Understanding fintech operations and payment flows is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Must be able to provide actionable insights to management from financial data
