- Deliver capability-building and business intervention training to community business partners to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with management and relevant stakeholders to design training solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and continuously update training curricula, learning materials, and facilitator guides.
- Facilitate engaging, interactive, and impactful training sessions using effective adult learning methodologies.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant communication, and training materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team to foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Monitor trainees after completion of the Training Academy, providing on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and performance support to ensure effective application of acquired knowledge and skills.
- Conduct periodic field visits to support trainees, assess performance, and reinforce training outcomes.
- Ensure 100% adoption and effective utilization of technology-enabled work tools by trade partners.
- Track, monitor, and achieve assigned training KPIs and performance targets.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programmes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, assessments, and other learning documentation.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies to continuously enhance training programmes.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in training, learning and development, sales capability, or community/business partner development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in developing training content and delivering both classroom and field-based training.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital learning or productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support trainees and trade partners at various business locations following the Training Academy.
