Job Title: Sales Manager Industry: Skincare / Beauty & Personal Care Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₦250,000 Net Monthly Resumption: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with experience in skincare, cosmetics or beauty products to lead the sales function, grow revenue and expand the company’s customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty market, proven sales leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance expectations.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, beauty stores, salons and other potential business partners.
- Promote the company’s skincare products and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, repeat purchases and revenue growth.
- Track sales targets, prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities and emerging beauty trends.
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, with previous team leadership or sales management experience.
- Previous experience selling skincare, cosmetics, beauty or personal care products is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
- Experience managing sales representatives, distributors or retail sales channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Lekki, Lagos.
