Business Development Director / Associate Partner

Overview
- Our client is hiring a senior leader to drive business growth, client acquisition, and market expansion. The role focuses on increasing revenue, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies
- Source and convert new clients across sectors
- Advise leadership on market trends and expansion
- Strengthen existing client relationships
- Collaborate with partners and legal teams
Requirements
- 10–15 years in business development, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Experience in legal, consulting, or financial services
- Strong network and proven revenue generation track record
- Understanding of corporate commercial legal services and the Nigerian business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills
- MBA or Legal qualifications is an advantage.
