We' re seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our branch sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead and manage a team of sales personnel/Realtors
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Set sales targets and track performance
- Mentor and coach team members
- Foster clients relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate market
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
