Sales and outreach representative

Job Title: Sales & Outreach Representative Salary: 120,000-150,000 Location: Ikeja, Lagos. Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and personable Sales & Outreach Representative to join our team in Ikeja. This hybrid role combines phone-based sales with weekly field outreach to promote our services, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable meeting people in person, and motivated to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to engage prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote company services to clients via phone and in person.
• Conduct weekly field visits to generate new leads and build brand awareness.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance, leads, and conversion rates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Comfortable with both phone-based sales and occasional fieldwork.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Ikeja.
