Personal Assistant

Job Description
- We are looking for a Personal Assistant with a strong background in technology and IT to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent software skills, a solid understanding of IT concepts, and experience in the technology field. A programming skill set is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal support.
- Manage schedulesand appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives.
- Assist with project management and coordination.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Support IT-related tasks and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- University graduate.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technology-related field.
- Strong proficiency in software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Good knowledge of IT concepts and practices.
- Programming skills (an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in Ibadan.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
