Subscriber Sales Executive (Field Sales)

A leading multinational technology company is expanding its commercial footprint across Nigeria and is seeking energetic, commercially driven professionals to join its field sales team and support subscriber growth across key markets.
Role Summary:
The Subscriber Sales Executive will be responsible for driving subscriber acquisition, market expansion, customer engagement, and territory growth through active field execution across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and onboard new subscribers within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits and build strong customer relationships.
- Promote products and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Drive activation and usage of subscribed services.
- Expand market coverage and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate reporting using company-approved sales and CRM tools.
- Participate in weekly regional sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Deliver agreed acquisition, coverage, retention, and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, customer acquisition, or related commercial roles in FMCG, fintech, telecoms, technology, travel, aviation, or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive movement within assigned locations.
- Good use of mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
- Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
