Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to passenger inquiries, complaints, fares, and schedules.
- Provide travel guidance and information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
Minimum Educational Requirements
- BSc/HND in Mass Communication or a related field.
