Operations Specialist

Expatray (ConnecTech Limited) is hiring an Operations Specialist to execute strategies defined by the team and support day-to-day operations. This role requires a versatile, resourceful, and efficient individual who can deliver high-quality results across a range of tasks.

What you’ll do

Your role is to execute across different parts of the business based on current priorities. You’ll be given tasks and  defined deliverables, and your responsibility is to implement them properly and ensure they are completed. 

Depending on the situation, you might:

• Handle operational workflows or internal processes
• Support administrative or customer-engagement related tasks
• Execute marketing deliverables
• Step into any area where execution is needed

Work will often be broken down into smaller tasks. You are responsible for picking them up, carrying them through, and making sure nothing gets delayed or missed.

Beyond execution, you’re expected to:

• Stay aware of ongoing activity across the company
• Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies
• Take initiative to address or escalate issues
• Follow through until outcomes are achieved

This role is not about passive support. It’s about actively driving execution and maintaining momentum across the business.
