Sale and Marketing Intern

About the Role
- We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Lagos.
- This is a hands-on role not a "shadow and observe" internship.
- You'll be actively supporting real campaigns, chasing real leads, and building real skills from day one. If you're hungry to learn how businesses grow and want to be in the thick of it, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Support the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
- Conduct market research and track what competitors are doing
- Manage customer databases and help maintain accurate sales records
- Show up for activations, trade events, and on-ground promotional activities in Lagos
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Who We're Looking For
- A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Someone who can communicate clearly-in writing, on a call, and face-to-face
- Comfortable with social media platforms and has a basic understanding of digital marketing
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
- Organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
- Based in Lagos or able to commute without issues.
