Marketing Associates (SME Banking)

Job Responsibilities
- Marketing of retail banking products and services
- Check pickups (revenue collection)
- Prepare call memos
- Prepare target market list
- Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
- Assist with loan request documentation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
- Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Qualifications
- NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc.
- Experience: At least one year of sales/marketing experience is required.
Remuneration
- Salary: N115,000 - N130,000 monthly.
- HMO, pension, and other benefits.
