Job Summary
- Crownbee Properties is seeking an experienced and COREN-certified Civil/Structural Engineer to oversee construction and estate development activities across our locations. The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, technically sound, and capable of working with little or no supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction and structural works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, and site workers.
- Monitor construction materials and project progress.
- Identify and resolve technical and structural issues on site.
- Prepare regular project and site progress reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of estate infrastructure, including roads, drainage, and buildings.
Requirements
- B.Eng / HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- COREN Certification is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in real estate or estate development is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N400,000 monthly.
