Machine Operator

Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced Machine Operators to join our sanitary pad production team.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sanitary pad production machines.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Identify and report machine faults promptly.
- Maintain production quality and minimise material wastage.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum of B.Sc., HND, or OND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering/Technical field.
Experience & Requirements:
- Previous experience operating sanitary pad production machines is highly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked in a sanitary pad manufacturing company are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Salary
Attractive and negotiable based on experience.
