- Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems.
- Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system.
- Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization and general product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce.
- Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills with general PC /Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Shopify a plus.
- Must be able to work eastern standard schedule 40-hour week, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
- Must have functioning internet provider and personal computer available.
