Head of Technical Operations / Lead Solar Engineer

Responsibilities
- Supervise solar installations and technical site operations
- Handle troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on inverter and battery syst Lead high-voltage and complex installations
- Supervise and guide installation engineers on site
- Ensure neat, safe, and professional installations
- Conduct site inspections and system commissioning
- Handle technical escalations and emergency support
- Ensure all projects meet company quality standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in solar, inverter, and lithium battery systems
- Good troubleshooting and technical leadership skills
- Experience with high-voltage installations
- Ability to supervise teams and work independently
- Professional communication and site management skills.
