Job Summary
- We are looking for a Retail Associate/Online Store to drive both in-store retail support and e-commerce operations.
- This role combines hands-on retail with online store management, requiring someone who can confidently support daily store activities while ensuring the smooth running of the brand's digital sales platform.
- Responsibilities include supporting retail sales and customer engagement in-store, managing online orders, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate e-commerce operations and records.
- The ideal candidate has a strong interest in fashion, is organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership in a fast-paced retail environment.
