- We urgently need a Retail Sales representative to be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent shopping experience in the store.
Responsibilties
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in-store
- Promote and upsell products to achieve sales goals
- Maintain good knowledge of store products, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customers inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Ensure shelves are well stocked, clean, and properly arranged
- Support inventory management and stock control activities
- Participate in store displays, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
Required
- A fresh graduate of any discipline, intelligent, customer friendly.
- Must reside within Lekki and its environment.
