Job Location : Kwara Deadline : August 29, 2026 Quick Recommended Links Good Car Company Ltd is a used car dealership with branches across Nigeria. We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Ilorin branch, Kwara State.
FREE STAFF ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints across WhatsApp, phone calls and social media platforms
- Prepare and print vehicle sales agreements
- Upload vehicle inventory updates to the company website and social media pages
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Provide general administrative support to the branch
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a professional relationship with existing customers
Requirements
- ND, HND or BSc in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, sales support or a similar role
- Computer literate: must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, email and social media platforms
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Well organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints
Remuneration and Benefits
- Monthly salary of [#70,000 to #100,000]
