Job Summary

  • As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and increasing revenue.
  • You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies in the field.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships: Establish and foster strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Achieve sales targets: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Generate new business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations: Educate customers on product benefits, features, and applications to facilitate sales.
  • Monitor market trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and support product alignment with market demand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: 2+ years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Education: College degree is not required.
  • Sales-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel: Must be comfortable traveling within the assigned region to meet clients as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools: Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and reporting sales activities.
