  • We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead its operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and operational costs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs and suppliers.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 - 6 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality operation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience managing restaurant budgets and operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and food safety regulations.
