Inventory Analysis Trainee (Graduate Trainee / NYSC Corper)

Job Description About SGX Mobility: SGX Mobility is a leader in sustainable transportation technologies, designing and deploying intelligent, zero-carbon mobility solutions across Africa. Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Inventory Analysis Trainee to assist the Inventory and Supply Chain team. The trainee will play a key role in tracking stock levels, analyzing inventory data, and supporting logistics operations to ensure efficient resource management. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily inventory tracking and stock management processes.
• Assist with regular inventory audits, physical counts, and variance investigations.
• Analyze stock movements and report on slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Help maintain inventory records and ensure data accuracy in the inventory system.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures and process improvements.

• Recent graduate or current NYSC Corper in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory software systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in sustainability and operational excellence.
