Medical Laboratory Scientist
a Leading Private Healthcare Group - Sales Force Consulting
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Monitor and interpret lab data, identifying potential errors or discrepancies and taking corrective actions.
- Analyze complex laboratory results, providing expert interpretation and consultation to clinicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate test selection and timely communication of results.
- Address clinical inquiries related to laboratory test interpretation and patient management.
- Participate in laboratory policy development and implementation.
- May represent the laboratory at internal and external meetings and committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS).
- A minimum of two years post-NYSC work experience.
