Job Title: Operations Supervisor Location: Ikorodu Road, Town planning, Ilupeju, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 About Us: Our client is a fast-growing cleaning services company providing top-quality residential and commercial cleaning solutions. Job Summary: The Operations Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cleaning teams, and ensuring consistent service quality. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—capable of solving problems quickly and helping drive sales through exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cleaning operations and coordinate staff schedules
• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure high standards of service
• Conduct routine site inspections and address service gaps
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Oversee inventory and logistics of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices
• Support sales efforts through exceptional service delivery and customer retention
• Maintain records of job completion, staff performance, and client feedback
• Identify opportunities for improvement and cost-efficiency

• Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline
• Prior experience in the cleaning industry is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic tech skills (e.g., mobile apps, email, spreadsheets)
• Must reside within commuting distance to Ilupeju
