The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and optimizing mechanical components, equipment, and systems for manufacturing and production operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to translate concepts and engineering requirements into accurate, manufacturable designs.
Accuracy and quality of engineering drawings.
- Timeliness of design completion and revisions.
- Reduction in design-related production errors.
- Compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Design cost optimization and material efficiency.
- Successful implementation of new/improved designs.
- Responsiveness to production and engineering issues.
- Proper maintenance of design documentation and revision records
