BUSINESS MANAGER

We are seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of its pastry outlet. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, excellent customer service, product quality, effective staff management, and achievement of business targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1.Oversee the daily operations of the pastry outlet, ensuring efficiency in service delivery and customer satisfaction. 2.Ensure that the business’s revenue, profitability, and product quality targets are consistently achieved. 3.Monitor and drive high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 4.Coordinate inventory audits, maintain proper stock levels, and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and finished goods, avoiding stock-outs. 5.Track sales performance, prepare budgets and manage cashflow efficiently across the outlet. 6.Develop and implement strategies to identify market trends, boost revenue, and increase customer base. 7.Train, supervise, and manage staff to function optimally and provide excellent service. 8.Maintain and grow strong relationships with resellers, retail customers, and engage in neighborhood marketing. 9.Ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, product management, food safety, and equipment maintenance. 10.Generate operational and financial reports for senior management and recommend improvements where needed.

Requirements

A graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Restaurant, Pastry outlet management or Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).

Leadership skills and ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.

Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.

Proficient in marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Proven experience in restaurant or retail food sales.
