Job Summary
- We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
- The role involves but not limited to preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for money across construction projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in construction/project management
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tools
- NIQS membership is an advantage.
