Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients property needs and recommend suitable options.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reservation forms and other documentation.
- Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to the team.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections, site visits and clients presentation.
Requirements
- HND/ B.Sc in Marketing or a related field with 1 year experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Willing and able to travel as required by work and company needs.
Salary and Benefits
- N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
- Commission incentives.
