Are you warm, articulate, and passionate about customer service? Our fast-growing creative studio – offering Photography, Videography, Video Editing, and Studio Rental Services – is looking to hire a Customer Relations Personnel to be the welcoming face and voice of our brand. Position: Customer Relations Personnel (Female) Location: Lekki Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to studio clients (walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries) professionally and promptly
- Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups for photography/video sessions and studio rental
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after sessions
- Maintain and update client records and communication logs
- Assist with managing studio’s social media DMs and basic inquiries
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Help promote studio packages, upsell services, and build positive client relationships
