The Customer Service and Ecommerce Assistant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries processing orders and supporting the overall ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate is customerfocused highly organized and possesses strong communication skills.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers.
Order Processing:
- Process online orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels updating product listings as needed.
Ecommerce Support:
- Assist in maintaining the ecommerce website including updating product descriptions prices and images.
- Support the implementation of ecommerce marketing strategies such as promotions and discounts.
- Analyze ecommerce performance data and provide insights and recommendations.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute order confirmation and shipping emails.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed .
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service ecommerce or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
