Administrative Assistant (Office Support)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper record keeping and efficient office processes.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND) only.
- Not Older than 27 years
- Males are strongly encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- N117,000 Net Monthly.
