Administrative Assistant (Office Support)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and efficient office processes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND) only.
  • Not Older than 27 years
  • Males are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

  • N117,000 Net Monthly.
