Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
- Support the renovation and develop a planned maintenance schedule.
- Manage the maintenance budget and track expenditure.
- Contract and manage maintenance, waste, landscaping, and security providers.
- Maintain an asset register and service history for all plant.
- Inspect facilities and correct neglected maintenance.
- Enforce safety policies across the department.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Building Technology or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years maintaining property, with managerial responsibility.
- Working knowledge of generators, water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical works.
- Hospitality experience an advantage.
